Where was the email sent?
An email with the yearbook distribution ticket attached was sent to the address used at the time of your yearbook purchase.
Will I receive multiple emails/distribution tickets if I purchased a yearbook for more than one child enrolled at VCMS?
Yes.
How can I check to make sure I have purchased a yearbook?
Search your email for JOSTENS. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please call 1-877-767-5217 and Press 1 to speak with a Jostens customer service representative. Once connected, please ask to verify your 2021 yearbook purchase. Jostens Customer service is available Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm EST.
Can my yearbook be mailed/shipped to my home?
No, we do not mail yearbooks.
